About Us
ITTI, LLC began as International Technology Transfer, Inc. (ITTI) as a Wisconsin corporation in August of 1984. The business objective of the company at that time was “Supply Chain Management” when the term was not even a part of the lexicon. We were only twenty years ahead of our time! It feels good to be a leader. The company relocated to the Metro Atlanta area and reincorporated as a Georgia company, “ITTI, LLC” on June 1, 1997. There was no change in ownership. Our Metro Atlanta based office provides a strong legal foothold for North American companies who wish to do business with India. Over the years, ITTI has also acquired intellectual property (IP) for a variety of Commercial Refrigeration products and has become a prominent supplier of OEM Quality Commercial Refrigeration Products.
